Mexico might be known for its beaches and sizzling hot food, but its volcanoes are well worth the travel as well! In Fall of 2018, I took a team of 3 climbers (including myself) to climb Iztaccihuatl (17,159′), Mexico’s third tallest peak. Then, in Spring of 2019, I took another team of 4 climbers (including myself) to climb Pico de Orizaba (18,491′), Mexico’s tallest peak and North America’s third highest mountain.
